I have so many self care tools. I have a thera cane, the stick, davinci tool, pro squeeze, yoga wheel and car buffer. I use them all, but my favorites are the simplest ones, foam rollers, tennis balls and lacrosse balls. They're the ones I keep coming back to and use all the time.
I use the foam roller for an all-over back, hip or leg massage, to open up my shoulders and to mobilize my spine. Sometimes I use it as a warm up and sometimes it's all I need.
Tennis balls and lacrosse balls are great for working on specific areas that need more focused attention. The tennis ball feels gentler and the lacrosse ball feels like deeper pressure. I made some videos to show you how to use them.
